Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery: We ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Lost or delayed packages: Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as delays can happen with carriers. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at rayan.abotaweel@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at rayan.abotaweel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
